She was found dead of an apparent stabbing in an alcove of the Old Post Office Pavilion on Aug 8. Hawkins is said to have been homeless as well.</p> <p>Beck said video and DNA evidence, as well as an inconsistant statement Hawkins made about when he was with Lloyd convinced her that there was reason to believe Hawkins could have killed Lloyd. Upon their arrival, they found an unidentified female on the scene, suffering from apparent stab wounds.
