Inoe Javier Salvador | Homicide Watch DChttp://homicidewatch.org/victims/inoe-javier-salvador/Latest news about Inoe Javier Salvadoren-usWed, 12 Nov 2014 19:19:50 -0500Documents: Edgar Blanco Believed Stabbing Victim Was MS-13http://homicidewatch.org/2014/11/12/documents-edgar-blanco-believed-stabbing-victim-was-ms-13/<p>A judge ordered <a href="http://homicidewatch.org/suspects/edgar-blanco/">Edgar Blanco</a> held Wednesday on suspicion of second-degree murder while armed in connection with the stabbing death of 41-year-old <a href="http://homicidewatch.org/victims/inoe-javier-salvador/">Inoe Javier Salvador</a> on October 29. </p> <p>Blanco, 18, is also being charged with assault with intent to kill for a second stabbing that took place earlier. </p> <p>According to charging documents, video footage captured Salvador, Blanco, and other unidentified individuals entering a bus that headed towards the 3100 block of 14th street. While on the bus, video shows Salvador passing by Blanco and the other individuals, and words were exchanged between Salvador and the group, documents say.<br /> <span id="more-25920"></span></p> <p>Court documents say when the bus stopped, Salvador exited at the front of the bus while Blanco and his friends left through the back door. Salvador then headed south on 14th street as the group headed south.</p> <p>Blanco told police he met with an unidentified individual on the bus who told him about Salvador, documents say. They believed Salvador was a part of the MS-13 gang because of his haircut. According to court documents, he told police they had prior issues with Salvador. </p> <p>Documents say the person who told Blanco and the group about Salvador had a knife and told them to follow Salvador. They all agreed.</p> <p>He said that the unidentified individual stabbed Salvador while he and the rest stomped and punched him, according to court documents.</p> <p>In a interview with police, Blanco identified himself in a still shot picture from the video and the individual who stabbed Salvador, according to charging documents. </p> <p>Police <a href="http://homicidewatch.org/2014/10/30/inoe-javier-salvador-killed-in-columbia-heights-stabbing/">found</a> Salvador in the 1400 Block of Perry Place, Northwest suffering from multiple stab wounds. He died at a local hospital. DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services personnel transported the victim to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
