Terrance McNeal Pleads Innocent in Death of Charles Hicks

Terrance McNeal entered a “not guilty” plea today at his arraignment on a charge of first-degree murder while armed in the stabbing death of Charles Hicks.

Prosecutors say McNeal fatally stabbed Hicks June 19 during an argument in Southeast DC.

A status hearing is scheduled for May 11 and a jury trial is set for Sept. 24. The trial is expected to last one week.
