On Monday, Asia Moore is scheduled for a preliminary hearing with Judge John Ramsey Johnson. Moore is charged with second-degree murder in the July 3 stabbing death of 23-year-old Marvin Harvey.

Tuesday, Judge Robert Morin is scheduled to begin the trial of James Sandidge, who is charged with second-degree murder in the October 2011 Howard University shooting death of 20-year-old Keenan Jerel Lee.

Friday, Derrell Bennett is scheduled for a status hearing with Judge Ronna Beck. Bennett is charged with first-degree murder in the November 2010 shooting death of 29-year-old Keith Banks.

Dianna Lalchan is scheduled for a status hearing with Judge Beck Friday. Lalchan is charged with voluntary manslaughter in the March 28 shooting death of her husband, 36-year-old Christopher Lalchan.

Eric Payne is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Robert Morin Friday, after pleading guilty to voluntary manslaughter in connection with the June 2011 stabbing death of 58-year-old Charles Hicks.

Jerome Lewis is scheduled for a felony status conference with Judge John Ramsey Johnson Friday. Lewis is charged with second-degree murder in connection with the fire that killed 4-year-old Samauri Jenkins.

Kevin Brown is scheduled for a preliminary hearing with Judge Beck at 11:15 a.m. Friday. Brown is charged with second-degree murder in the February 10 shooting death of 19-year-old James Edward Dean.

Wesley Monroe is scheduled for a preliminary hearing with Judge Beck Friday. Monroe is charged with felony murder while armed in connection with the June 22 shooting death of 28-year-old Quentin Lavar White.
