Tuesday, Arik Sims is scheduled for a status hearing with Judge Robert Morin. Sims is charged with first-degree murder while armed in connection with the shooting death of 29-year-old Lamar Michael Fonville.

Melvin Quick is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Tuesday with Judge Ronna Beck. Quick is charged with first-degree murder while armed in the shooting death of 36-year-old Mikey Ledbetter.

Thursday, Raymond Faunteroy is scheduled for a status hearing with Judge Herbert Dixon. Faunteroy is charged with first-degree murder while armed in the shooting death of 19-year-old Derrick Ragland.

Friday, Demonta Chappell is scheduled for a felony arraignment with Judge Dixon. Chappell is charged with second-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of 26-year-old Stevann Moorer.

Eugene Kelly is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Dixon Friday. In April, a jury found Kelly guilty of first-degree murder while armed in the shooting death of 15-year-old Isaiah Harris.

Joshua Mebane is scheduled for a felony status conference with Judge Dixon Friday. Mebane is charged with felony murder in connection with the shooting death of 44-year-old Quadar Muhammad.

Kevin Benbow is scheduled for a felony status conference with Judge William Jackson Friday. Benbow is charged with first-degree murder while armed in the shooting death of 42-year-old Jinnell Barbara McQueen.

William Faison is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Beck Friday. In June, Faison pleaded guilty to second-degree murder while armed in connection with the shooting death of 19-year-old Jeffrey Yarnell Covington.
