On Monday, the “21st and Vietnam” murder trial continues deliberations with Judge Henry Greene at 10:00 a.m. Co-defendants Anthony Hatton, Jekwan Smith and Johnnie Harris are charged with the deaths of Isaiah Sheffield, Tyrell Fogle and Steven Moore.

Jury deliberations continue in the Michael Poth murder trial with Judge Russell Canan. Poth, 21, a former Marine, is charged with second-degree murder while armed in connection with the April 2012 stabbing death of 23-year-old Philip Bushong, a fellow Marine.

Claire Rice is scheduled to be arraigned by Judge Ronna Beck. Rice, 65, is charged with first-degree murder while armed in connection with the December 2012 shooting death of her cousin, 58-year-old Anthony Garland Rice.

Gary Montgomery is scheduled for a mental observation hearing with Judge Robert Morin. Montgomery, 55, is charged with first-degree murder while armed in connection with the February 2012 stabbing death of 23-year-old Deoni Jones.

On Tuesday, Keir Johnson and Lester Williams are scheduled to continue trial before Judge Lynn Leibovitz. The four co-defendant case includes co-defendants Robert Givens and Marcellus Jackson, who are alleged members of a street gang called “G-Rod.” Johnson and Williams are charged with first-degree murder in connection with the September 2010 shooting death of 21-year-old Jamal Coates.

Anthony Thomas is scheduled for a status hearing with Judge Herbert Dixon. Thomas, 23, pleaded guilty in October to voluntary manslaughter while armed in connection with the 2011 shooting death of 71-year-old Solomon Reese. Thomas is one of three suspects in the case.

Joseph Chandler is scheduled for a status hearing with Judge Dixon. Chandler, 73, is charged with second-degree murder while armed in connection with the December 2012 shooting death of his girlfriend, 63-year-old Shirley Tucker.

Joshua Mebane is scheduled for a status hearing with Judge Dixon. Mebane, 18, is one of two teens charged with first-degree murder while armed in connection with the shooting death of a D.C. taxi driver, 44-year-old Quadar Muhammad.

Raymond Faunteroy is scheduled for a status hearing with Judge Dixon. Faunteroy, 26, is charged with first-degree murder while armed in connection with the 2011 shooting death of 19-year-old Derrick Ragland.

On Wednesday, DeAndre Shaheed, Floyd Neal and Lafeyette Robinson are scheduled for a felony status conference with Judge Dixon at 9:15 a.m. The co-defendants are charged with first-degree felony murder while armed in connection with the March shooting death of 31-year-old Akinwole Olu Williams.

Rasdavid Lagarde is scheduled for a preliminary hearing with Judge Leibovitz. Lagarde, 26, is charged with first-degree murder while armed in connection with the July 4 shooting death of a 22-year-old Howard University student, Omar Sykes.
