A funeral was held Thursday Dec. 16 for slain teen Scott Staten, who was found shot to death in Southwest D.C. on Dec. 8.
Staten, 17 years old, was a resident of Southeast D.C. He is survived by his mother and two sisters, according to Facebook posts about his death.
A candlelight vigil was Wednesday and a funeral Thursday.
