Monday

Joshua Andrews in courtroom 302 (Judge William Jackson) for a preliminary hearing in a first-degree murder case. The victim, Darond Lucas, was shot to death in June 2010. Andrews is represented by attorney Gregg Baron. The hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.

Thursday

Alexis Pineda in courtroom 320 (Judge Gerald Fisher) for a preliminary hearing in a first-degree murder case. The victim, Jose Hernandez-Romero, was shot to death March 27. Pineda is represented by attorney Eugene Ohm. The hearing is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Charging documents in the case are here.

James Speaks in courtroom 320 (Judge Gerald Fisher) for a preliminary hearing in a second-degree murder case. The victim, Shonell “Chris” Corriea, was shot to death April 6. Marcus Silver in courtroom 320 (Judge Gerald Fisher) for sentencing in a manslaughter case. The victim, Shadawnchea Gardner, was shot to death March 2010. Silver is represented by attorney Elizabeth Mullin. The sentencing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Charging documents in the case are here.

Marlon Williams in courtroom 302 (Judge William Jackson) for a status hearing in a first-degree murder case. The victim, Antonio Valdez Vela, was shot to death Aug. 2010. Orlando Carter, Sanquan Carter, Lamar Williams, Robert Bost and Jeffrey Best in courtroom 310 (Judge Lynn Leibovitz) for a status hearing in a first-degree murder case. The victims, Brishell Jones, DaVaughn Boyd, William Jones III and Tavon Nelson, were shot to death March 2010. The hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m.
